Timeless Creations LLC ("we", "us") is a tile and remodeling company at 10400 W Overland Rd #253, Boise, ID 83709. This page explains what we collect when you contact us and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, phone number, email, the town the house is in, project details, and any photos you send with a quote request, a call, a text, or an email.
- What our website collects automatically: standard analytics (pages visited, device type, rough location) through Google Analytics. No names are attached to it.
How we use it
- To reply to your quote request, call, or text.
- To schedule site visits, send proposals, and keep you updated on your project.
- To send occasional offers, only if you asked for them.
- To keep records of the work we did for you.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and check the box to receive texts, we may text you about your project: replies to a missed call, callback confirmations, estimate and appointment scheduling, and project updates. If you also check the box for promotional texts, we may send an occasional offer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop texts at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or call (208) 306-4004.
Your phone number and your consent to receive texts are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing. They are shared only with the service providers that deliver our texts and calls, and only so they can deliver them.
Who else sees your information
- The software we run the business on (our CRM, phone and texting provider, estimating software, email provider). They hold it for us and don't use it for anything else.
- Trade partners on your project (for example our plumber or electrician), only what they need to do the work.
- Anyone we're legally required to share it with.
We don't sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to run the business and keep project records. If you want your information deleted, email [email protected] and we'll remove what we're not required to keep.
How we protect it
Your information is stored in password-protected business software, with two-factor sign-in where it is offered. Only the people who need it to do their job can see it. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep yours safe.
