A whole-house remodel is really six or seven projects that have to happen in the right order. Plan them separately and you get gaps, repeat demo, and a house that's torn up for months. We plan the whole thing up front, order everything before the project begins, and run every trade on one tight, organized schedule. You have one point of contact and a well-vetted team. Bring your vision to us, and we handle the rest.

How long does a whole-house remodel take?
A few weeks to a few months, depending on how many rooms and how much comes out. The schedule is set before day one and you'll see it in writing.
Can we live in the house during the remodel?
Usually, yes. We work room by room where we can, protect the areas we're not working in, and keep one bathroom and the kitchen usable as long as possible. We'll plan that with you up front. In the case that we need access to the whole house for a full gut project, we spend extra time planning the schedule, so we can get you back in your home as soon as possible.
Do you handle the plumbing, electrical, and paint?
Yes. Every trade is part of our team and on our schedule. You don't make any of those calls.
Do you help with design?
Yes. We plan every detail together, or with one of our trusted designers if you'd like one.
Do you work with my builder or designer?
Yes. We build for several local designers and custom builders and are glad to be the tile and remodel team on their projects.
