Selections, spec sheets, and a layout drawing early, so material lead times don't hold the schedule. Substrates and plumbing rough-in ready and properly prepared when we're scheduled, or tell us and we'll schedule time to handle the prep. One contact on your side for decisions. We'll bring everything else. Our promise is a perfect installation and a crew you don't have to babysit.

Do you work as a sub, or only direct with homeowners?
Both. Many of our projects are for designers and builders, and we're glad to be the tile and remodel team on yours.
Can you bid from plans?
Yes. Send the drawings and selections and we'll price it. We'll walk the site before we commit to dates.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Idaho RCE-58692, insured, NTCA member. Certificates on request.
How far out are you booking?
It changes with the season. Call and we'll tell you honestly.
Do you credit designers on your site?
Yes. Every project we show that was built for a designer or builder is credited to them.
